How Do you Consign Clothing?


Consignment?
1.KimbersKollection reserves the right to reject any merchandise deemed by KimbersKollection to be unsuitable for resale. 2. Unsold consigned merchandise is subject to a reduction in Selling Price of 20% after 30 days and 50% after 60 days. 3. Consignment Policy is generally 90 days, with a 60 day min Consignment Policy. Consignee must leave all accepted consignments for a minimum of 60 days. If consignee wants any items returned prior to the 60 days, there is a 20% fee for any early pickups (20% of the start price.) 4. Consigned merchandise unsold by the Expiration Date note below, unless reclaimed by consignor no later than 15 days following the Expiration Date, becomes the sole property of KimbersKollection without further notice and without compensation. No notice will be given to pick up unsold items during expiration date. 5. KimbersKollection retains 50% of selling price as its Commission. Consignment payments are usually mailed 30 to 45 days after item(s) are sold. 6.KimbersKollection is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO, THEFT, FIRE OR ANY TYPE OF LOSS OF CONSIGNED GOODS. 7. Consignee must phone to notify KimbersKollection before consignee picks up any merchandise. 8. If La Boutique dry cleans any items, we may deduct a minimum of $3.00 each piece from consignment payment. 9. Unclaimed Expired Items: after expiration date, KimbersKollection may either donate the items or may reduce the selling price up to 90% off the starting price without any compensation to consignee. 10. Storage Fees: Consignments NOT PICKED UP after the expiration date are subject to a storage fee of 10% of the start price for every 30 days past the expiration date if consignee wants the item(s) returned (if the items have not been donated). No storage fee for the first 29 days after expiration date. 11. Unsigned agreements are deemed agreed by both parties unless consignee informs KimbersKollection of disagreement within 7 days of start date. Resale to be unsuitable for resale.

How Do you Consign Clothing?
1) Call, email or call us before you bring in the items. Let us know what you have before you bring them in. We are highly selective, so they have to be name brand and/or of high quality. Furs do not need to designers. We accept items from all seasons (spring, summer, fall, winter), but out of season items we can put into storage and will be put out during that season. 2) Let us know approx. How old and the condition. We are looking for very current name brand and selected vintage items. 3) Clothing does not need to be on hangers (but they must be all clean) because we call press them after they are accepted. Shoes have to be new or almost new (& no damage to the heel). 4) Make an appointment if they are the brand names that we accept and meet the other criterias. 5) Remember that we will not contact you after your expiration. All items not sold and not picked up by expiration date becomes property of KimbersKollectionwithout notification. 6) to read the consignment policy go to FAQ Consignment. You can also arrange a free pick-up. We do pick-ups in a 20 mile radius of Gainesville, TX, this includes sherman denison, denton, ardmore oklahoma, and other surrounding areas.
